The following meals are available for schoolgroups at the Intencity facility.
MEAL COST: $5.50 includes all tax.

| 1. Introduction and Objectives. | 10 minutes |

| 2. Discussion of climbing as an experience to pursue Higher "personal" Ground (Growth, Awareness and Physical Fitness) | 10 minutes |
| 3. Instruction and practice re: Safe Climbing Skills Development (i.e. - stretching, equipment, basic knots, techniques, belaying and planning the climbing route) | 40 minutes |
| 4. Review of the five basic "Learn how to Learn" principles. Discussion of learning process in climbing leading to applications to other parts of their lives. | 20 minutes |
| 5. Team "cooperative" challenge (climbing groups of four): problem solve, plan, implement and evaluate process. | 45 minutes |
| 6. Small group discussions on trust, being needed and being capable to meet others' needs. (How did you feel? What was helpful from your partners? What was not?) | 20 minutes |
